Like everyone is saying, what a horrible place.If you are lucky you get someone eager to help but most of the time you get those who if they could tell we couldn't careless, they would.On top of that the opening hours is ridiculously short, although I live 2 minutes away it never enough time to get there in time to collect... read full comment

Only open from 8-10am during the week now. There is no parking as its all taken by staff so I ended up having to park in front of half the gate. Ample room to get out but another car behind me on the other side made it trickier.I then had 2 people come & harass me to move 3 times while waiting. Had to abandon my parcels... read full comment

The staff are hit and miss but generally ok so it’s not a 1star rating due to staff. The opening times of this office are ridiculous 8am to 10am. 2 hours a day during the week. Saturday is 8 to 12 but you can imagine the queue. If you’re going to open for just 2 hours how about a mixture of some mornings and some evenings.... read full comment
