Yes I find the branch manager rude and I think it's ridiculous this branch only accepts business banking at the counter. Although sometimes one does get a helpful teller who's happy to oblige for personal banking. Bit of a poor show. These big banks had to be bailed out at billions of pounds of taxpayers' money during the... read full comment
