Worst customer service. Long waits, long queues

Been to the branch a few times and each time I have to ask myself why they even have bank tellers. No matter the query, they are always quick to pass me on to someone else/different queue or tell me to use online banking instead. Is that what customer service entails these days? Asking the customer to handle things themselves?...
