The slowest service I have seen in my life! The staff look like they don’t care about how long it takes for a customer to get a coffee Not expecting Pret efficiency … but 10-15min to serve a couple of clients is strange

I had a wonderful experience at this coffee shop! The quality of the coffee is truly outstanding – rich, flavorful, and brewed to perfection. Like so many Nero’s, tired and in need of a freshen up, from the decor to the furniture and the coffee/food is no longer anywhere near a market leader like Gail’s.
