went to collect my medicine on Tuesday, have been told not ready. Went back on Thursday, again not ready. Back again on Friday again not ready or wait for 1 hour. Unacceptable.

they lock the door before their closing time, and open too late in the morning for me to pick up my prescriptions pre work - and no phone pick up either. really disappointing when I’m trying to pick up some vital mental health medication.
