How can banks close at the weekend. The only time I can get to the bank is on my lunch break because they close before I finish work and on the weekends there closed. Madness.

The service at this branch is routinely sub-standard. A member of staff who understood the administration of Power Of Attorney applied to a Nationwide accounts left a few years ago. Since then, the branch takes between 30-60 min each visit to process a simple transaction via PoA. There are apologies and explanations that...
