Although I've had negative experiences at other Lloyd's branches, this branch has always been helpful with my issue. Despite my closed account, they went above and beyond to assist me.

Went to Lloyds the other day to speak to a cashier and was met with a very rude cashier called biongo or something (black, bald). Extremely rude and spoke to me like I’m some type of child.
