Nice hotel. Was disappointed to see the towns homeless staying there. Clearly a deal worth the council. Did not bother me and they seemed to be in a seperate area but made my partner feel uneasy. Due to this is wouldn’t stay there again. Looking out of the window there were two people using a crack pile!

Booked two rooms for me and my family as we went to see the weeknd that Saturday! Hotel dirty mattress stained carpets stained. Lifts wasn't working properly. it stated on website that it had a cafe/ bar which was over the road somewhere! Family staying next door thought it be great to bang about gone 2 in the morning really... read full comment

The staff was really helpful and the rooms were incredible. The beds were comfortable and we also had tea and milk which is a big plus. We got clean towels when we needed them and the hotel location is perfect, there's a mall and store nearby. It's also close to the bus stop.
