Ordered funeral flowers from the Barkingside store. The woman who runs it quoted me £10 more than on the phone a few hours before in store. I went to pick flowers up they looked nothing like the brochure. They were half dead. I made the woman redo them. She also insisted on cash for the remaining amount.
