The lady tries upselling you postage by scaring you with the delivery times. For example, if you go and ask for "signed for" service they will quote you the price for "special delivery" without telling you it is special delivery. When you enquire why, you will be told 'signed for' takes 5-7 days because it is not guaranteed....

My parcel was delivered at this post office. I went to collect and was informed that they dont have it. Tracking says collected my customer when i was at that time in the postoffice. I raised this with the lady and she told me come back tomorrow and you will have it. Next day i went and found the parcel. The parcel was...
