Only needed to verify my identity for application and the lady at the desk basically lied about not being able to do it saying none of the staff were trained to do it in the branch. Went to another branch and all staff are trained to do it. So unhelpful.

Every time we go they ask another document to bring. Opening a account here is a headache. Poor customer service
