One particular staff name.islam. very very bad attitude. So rude even his colleagues are fed up with him and not happy working with him. Complain to manager kabir but no action taken and he is getting to the point his own colleagues are not happy working with him

This is probably the best bookies in ilford, always clean and tidy, better punters than most in ilford,good machines ,good service and friendly staff
