Bought and paid for a washing machine but had to wait half an hour to get it bubble wrapped, only when I decided I'd take it to my car myself did I get service to help and the machine wrapped

Horrible service. Staff ignoring the customers. To get a sim contract on id mobile took me 1.5 hours
