The pharmacy clearly has too much work on. Good staff but always a queue then takes ages to actually get the prescription. Has got worse over the past year. Sometime 20-30 minutes. Switching to another pharmacy now.

Very bad and slow service, I was waiting in the queue for 40 minutes and then when the staff was serving me she was Talking with other and loughing like she doesn’t care about customers who needs medication for their emergency.

Went to boots in llford Essex and it’s all self service. What has happened to customers who want to be served by a human being! Needless to say I won’t ever go back to this store.
