Staff at the Coventry central six were appalling. There were 2 people out the back where donations go. And 4 people at the tills with no customers. I donated lots of things. Well this comment is directly about Head office. I have called over 30 times to gain contact details of the CEO and chair of trustees and the office is permanently closed . If you've shuh down which I thi k is the only feasible exaplanatiom then say that , if not bave the decency and respect to call your callers back... read full comment
