Came to Argos today to retrieve items on my sister behalf as she was sick. The main item was undeliverable and had to be collected. It was quite a long wait till we got seen but the lady at the till I think her name was Yatty was very helpful, and very kind. She was very nice and did everything on time. We had to exchange an item because it broke and she was very understanding aswell

Terrible customer service, there was only one person serving customers at the front whilst the rest of the staff were chit chatting at the back.
