The airport only place where you have buy thing less costly on Terminal 5. Less choice of food and drinks. No staff to guide or ask. Staff was little rude to me while billing. Overall not a good experience.

Self service requires scanning a boarding pass? For what reason? Anyways, scan it and it says seek assistance. Cashier comes over to override. Continue to payment step. Again, it pops up an error saying I can't progress. Cashier comes over again to override ?
