As others have mentioned, very rude staff: specially the elderly lady at the front. Tried to return very expensive unsuitable games set today and was told that because I had taken the plastic off nothing could be done. This store should be closed down, with the comments and the way things are going it hopefully will soon! The most rudest woman who has NO customer service at all! Unbelievable treatment towards everyone and shouting for no reason! Never will I go here again! AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE VERBALLY ABUSED

Online opening says 8:15am came on door says 8:30am now they say its opening 9am once needs to ve updated waste on time
