This is my favourite store in Hounslow high street. But have few concerns about the online click and collect service. I have ordered my large canvas on Wednesday 6th of December 2023. Today is 13th December and I have not received my parcel yet. I can forgive them but they have to improve.

Today I forgot in this shop my bag with Parfum, it’s was 2 new bottles. I paid 130 pounds, and the manager doesn’t want to check the CCTV camera for meAnd when she heard about the price just throw up her hands and made the “unhappy face “Terrible, it was was one of my favourite shops
