Worst customer services ever seen. Asked for assistance from staff who replies "you don't need to shout, we can see you are standing" and got back to chat with colleagues. Complaint to Customer Services Manager Ms YOGI, who assured me to take appropriate action for staff misbehaviour.

very unimpressive service, long que but staff chating to each other instead giving some attention to customer. Not very helpful about products either. looks like they just don't want to serve customers. There way of talking to customers is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
