Avoid at all costs. Went to close my account here, was told to sit and wait. Called to close my account, ended up with the account being flagged for fraud (even though I had set up online identification and called from the registered number and passed security), asked my new bank to switch the account which was rejected... read full comment

Extremely slow and sub par service. Asked to close my account, they had me waiting 20 mins to see an advisor so I get told that I have to go to the cashiers to do it.
