Me and my husband came to the Santander Hounslow branch for our 10.30 appointment. We've been informed that we have to wait 15 min because appointment before us was a little longer and that looks like 2 customers were booked for 10:30 for the same advisor. I would like to leave a review about cashier Kiran, she is always so helpful and friendly. I recently lost my parents, and the way she handled and supported us in dealing with everything was with compassion empathy and efficiency.
