Lost an important tracked & signed for delivery then refused to help or look into it, despite Royal Mail's head office making enquiries about the delivery on 3 separate occasions. The most laziest, rude and disrespectful dossers I've ever seen disgracing the Royal Mail brand.

Very helpful staff. Maybe over hepful, as, with one person on duty (there are 2 service windows), and freezing temperatures, an automatically opening door, and a queue of 8 people stretching some distance outside, the 20 minute wait for service was hard to endure. The delivery office does have short operating hours, and I must stress, if travelling by car, DO NOT PARK HERE AND DO NOT PARK ON THE SAME STREET AS THE DELIVERY OFFICE, as it is private land operated by dodgy private parking cowboys, PPS parking.
