Appalling experience. Avoid! I stayed at the Wyndham Hounslow about one year ago and I am still shocked by the experience. Besides being a filthy and unkempt room, the shower continuously flooded the bathroom. Food amazing however little shady regards their treatment towards an individual with life threatening allergies. Waiting staff assured the food contained none of her allergens yet she started to have a reaction on ingesting some of the food. Antihistamine tablets reduced reaction thankfully. When I come back to London, you can bet I’ll be staying somewhere else. This place does absolutely nothing to make your life easier. They do not have compatible plugs for international visitors. They do not have any refrigerators in rooms or microwave ovens in rooms. Also they won’t reheat food you have leftover. One... read full comment
