Here around 1400hrs in Heathrow T3 departures area on the first floor around 1400hrs on 7/1/24. Till supervisor more interested in serving friends made repeated errors with my order and cutlery requirements. Poorly stocked, lacking self service facilities you'd normally expect in Pret. Close to the security gates at T3 Heathrow there’s a clean, well stocked, spacious Pret with some very friendly staff. Thank you to Fakhra who provided excellent service ?
