Worst customer service, no one is helpful at all rude behaviour.

I bought 3 items cost £4.70. The cashier charged me £6.90. Less than 3 min I went back and asked my receipt. I think, she hide the receipt and pretend she couldn't find my receipt. I know she deliberately took people money.. Another per person happened to be there came for the same complaint where they deliberately overcharged... read full comment

well today I visited this store on Hounslow high street like normal stood in lineof the self servicecounter with my trolley full of items to pay for the security guy said to go the checkout side there was a huge line in Iceland has usual behind me there were 2 elderly people had just 2 to 3 items in their hands so I allowed... read full comment
