I bought a futon and a bookshelf in this store. The lady at the front desk was wonderful! She was kind and helpful, she answered all of my questions and confirmed with the delivery man if the furniture will fit in the doorway.The delivery was fast and straightforward.I am satisfied with the purchase and the survice.

For the first time I purchased 4 items from this store but the delivery guy left the items on the road and went and started saying for. £ 10 I will not take the things on the first floor n ran away and left me helpless . Very disappoint on this two delivery guys .

The place has a lot of good things but the people who work there are not very polite and look like they are walking on a cloud.Three sales assistant and they didn’t knew the price of a bedside table.
