Awful night service. Working night shifts as an emergency worker is challenging most of the time. And just when you have 5 minute to grab a sandwich in between jobs you would think that a 24hr bp would be a good choice.

I had a very terrible and shocking experience at the BP M&S yesterday. The customer service levels were beyond par. I did my shopping and requested a bag for it which firstly cost 50p! Secondly the bag was broken. I asked if the bag could be changed as the handle was slightly torn. The man who apparently was the manager... read full comment

Sahib the manager is aggressive and rude to customers!! He was threatening me and my friend who's pregnant and I am a cancer patient he has bullying and harassing us! The bag was broken and he squashed the food but he has no customer service skills at all!!! He has zero people skills and doesn't know how to treat customers... read full comment
