Never delivers to the right address for me. They change the address to number 39 the office below every time and leave it there as it is easier than walking upstairs and delivering it to the right place! Every parcel has the address I put crossed out and the office below hand written beside it on!

Current service is poor but still better than the alternatives who are working normally .the staff are under a lot of pressure at this time of year and with added pressure of job cuts and from what ive read a very ungenuine 9% pay offer which with all the changes in terms and conditions would really be a pay cut.Keep up... read full comment
