My special delivery package never made it to it's destination (fault of Royal Mail not Elm Park PO) and I had lost my tracking number. Mohamed went above and beyond in finding my tracking number in his own time and ringing me with it which has allowed me to locate my package and get it to where it needs to be. Excellent...

Went to pick up parcel. They said I’d been scammed. It is a parcel I am waiting for and parcel force said they dropped it there. They are such a bad post office
