The staff at this post office are both rude and abrupt. Their customer service skills are zero. They all need to go back to charm school.

Be careful when sending parcels from this post office. I was told it would cost over £8 for next day delivery. Luckily I had checked Royal Mail website and it said £3.80. The guy told me this would take 3 days! It arrived the next day as I thought it would at the lower price. Do they make a profit by trying to overprice... read full comment
