Today, I visited the hornchurch 1 and I ordered a Fudge Brownie Frappé with soya milk for my son. However, the barista with glasses who prepared the drink made an error and used the wrong milk. On a hot day, decided to get a frappe, was told no salted caramel, asked for second choice of cookie dough, again no flavour, on a busy Saturday with no option but to go elsewhere.
