i went into the branch to pay some money into my barclays account but there was a queue at the machines so instead i went to the cashier who was doing nothing but was told that i needed to use the machine. i told her that there was a queue so id like her to deal with me as she didnt have any one with her but she wouldnt... read full comment

One of the worst banks I have ever visited. The staff don't want work! And the manger can't even manage the queue for the machines never mind the bank. Going by the rest of the reviews should of being sacked months ago.
