This is not a DPD drop off location for Arsenal merchandise or any other shops. Went there after receiving an email stating parcel had been delivered and the guy said he had given it back. Have had to raise an investigation with AFC.

I needed to send a yodel parcel, the guy didn’t let me doing saying he just took small parcel and he didn’t know where I could get the service he should provide. Very rude as well. Don’t waste your time gli there for postal service

Terrible customer manner. Rude and unhelpful. Refused to take a Yodel returns parcel even though this shop was designated as the returns drop off. Not a good representative for yodel or amazon.
