The most unhelpful, uninterested, unprofessional place I have ever been. If that wasn’t enough they wanted to charge more than the website. Avoid this branch and go to Whetstone which is properly managed with helpful, interested and professional staff.

Very happy with service. Forgot to order materials for last minute job and was able to order over the phone and payment link sent over by Michael M. Delivery done following day.Excellent service and competitive prices.Will be using for other projects.

Staff is quite rude, have almost no knowledge in what they sell, and the prices are extortionate. Would have expected this place to be cheaper than the B&Q, but not at all… much more expensive and bad selection of wood.
