I bought a washing machine from this store which never worked, so it was sold faulty. As I used a friends help to take it home, they refused to pick it up unless I paid 25 pounds to have it collected. So I’m 25 pounds out of pocket, plus the money. I spent cleaning the machine before first use. I’m so disappointed.... read full comment
