After decades as a customer I now live in Canada and am desperate to get Statements by mail. I am 85, not Computer geek and would need to hire a tech every time I want to check my account. I arrived at the wrong Bank - Nat West.? It should have been Nationwide Building Society and the nearest one was a bus ride away on High Street Kensington. I got there tho. Inside the bank is very small and quiet. Very helpful and quite quick Customer Services. I received my updated data within 3 days. Thanks Nationwide.
