Almost staffs in The Body Shop Lewisham are nice, except JUANA. She is very very rude and not good behaviour/attitude to customers. She thought she is a big boss, try to be clever, argue unnecessary and finally she is not right, JUANA just needs to do her job within the right responsibilities in working, that is enough.... read full comment
