There is a long queue most of the time, they have no respect for citizens otherwise they should have provided people with enough seats, so instead of people standing for more than half an hour, the customer should have given tickets from a ticket machine and when is their turn they could go to the desk. Worst staff members, unwilling to help they don't even why they are there. Especially when it's out of ours appointment.
