Snarky, condescending staff who take pleasure in making clients feel small. Very unhelpful, avoid.

Very poor level of service. The cynical way in which they staff the counters makes it very clear that it is unwelcome when customers use them. Waited nearly 30 mins today when my transaction gave me no alternative but to use the counter. Same every time.
