Giving some credit due to them that on request on what was needed done today on short notice, they did so in a professional and friendly way, communicating clearly despite the shortcomings of oneself usually when communicating with others.

Poorly equipped brach. Just one cash machine. No deposit or statement machines. Long queue & was not offered a private space to complete my business- resetting Internet banking.

This has got to be the worst bank and the worst branch of a bank that I have been unfortunate enough to have dealings with. Being directed there from customer service, which is a lengthy experience of its own, the staff here repeatedly 'unblocked' my card and it was then repeatedly refused by all ATMs, then couldn't transfer... read full comment
