Absolutely appalling. I was there with my child who had fever, I tried to buy a thermometer at the Medicines counter (where people usually DO buy illness related things and medications), I was told that I should go and queue at the top counter (that had one person serving a queue of 10 people) cause that was how they did... read full comment

Hi, went to boots to buy perfume. Had one in mind, although I've explained to David what I was looking for (the person that helped me out in the store) and he found a great match. Really nice experience. Thanks David
