I think everyone should give the staff a break! Please remember how many departments there are and how many prescriptions are issued on a daily basis. Telephone never answered. Medication not in stock and little effort to chase it up. Long queues in person

Customer service appalling. Impossible to contact them by phone so you have to go down there just to find out they haven’t ordered the medication you need urgently. No apology or effort to help out. Not fit for purpose.
