Lovely shop with a great range of books and a fantastic group of volunteers. They even had a nice selection of vinyls, CDs and DVDs.Great shop and will definitely be coming back!

Terrible experience today. Staff was ostentatiously rude. No need for it In any shop, let alone a charity shop. Avoid.

The manager and at least one volunteer I met in Oxfam bookshop Highgate are rude, ignorant and mediocre, also Oxfam Bookshop Hampstead - as a possible volunteer at Highgate and regular bookshop visitor at Hampstead I was treated with disrespect, rudeness and discrimination. Book and media selection good but staff terrible.
