Absolute shambles. Takes them about a week to find a parcel as all the parcels are just bundled into boxes. Once they eventually find the customers parcel, they have a chat then stroll to the back leaving you in the queue.

Really bad organisational, performance skills and customer service skills displayed by most of the staff in all the years I’ve gone there. I guess they must all inherit the bad and toxic work culture that exists in that branch.

This place is honestly disgusting, there’s a 14-15 year old boy with an Afro that comes in quite often and everytime he comes in the lady behind the till is either trying to flirt with him or have small talk which is dodgy in itself but it also holds up the line and makes most people in the line uncomfortable
