Staff are very rude and not helpful. Not knowledgeable. When queue starts to build up other counter staff stare at customer when customer asks questions about product and loading of the same and intimidate in a way for us to rush. So the unsatisfied customers leave store. Had a bad experience ?

Truly the worst company we have ever used. Avoid the bathroom design team. We just had an expensive bathroom fitted and it’s already failing. Cheap products used. Poor quality build.
