I find the staff extremely pleasant people, better than High Road post office. Long waiting times though.

Walked in Hayes WHsmith branch this afternoon to purchase a small book...I felt I disturbed the staff behind the counter.. she was busy on her phone no acknowledgement from her when I said "could I pay for this" she took the little book to scan while still looking at her phone gave her the money while giving me the change... read full comment
