Shopped at Lombardy Retail Park HayesWas assisted by Jill who was on the perfume counter but went out of her way to help me with a query about bandage dressings. She was incredibly polite and helpful. She was very informative too !. A very efficient and approachable staff member.

One of the largest Superdrugs I've visited, but you won't get all the makeup options in store, the staff are friendly and helpful, I had several staff members ask if I was ok as I waited for my parcel, though I think this was more evident due to higher management walking around the shop floor.

My experience with Superdrugs Hair Salon was very disappointing, first lady was very talkative with good advice but was not paying attention to cutting my hair, I asked for a short straight bob which I did not get.she admitted she was not confident in cutting my fringe and asked her manager to finish off cutting my hair.... read full comment
