My Experience today is just as bad as any other west london supadrugs....but today, young girl with a headscarf, did not acknowledge me as a customer. KEY NOTE TO ALL:Based on Google timing, last Thursday I went to this pharmacy by 6.05 pm and the pharmacy was closed when I checked with the security staff she said the pharmacy will close at 6 PM. Manager seemed to think I could return an item with receipt and no box to another store. Went there and found out you can't. More training required.
