I attended the bank today and although was told there was a wait, I was seen very quickly by the manager who heard my reason for attending and sorted my problem in a few minutes. Thank you so much for assisting. I’ve never had any issues with Metro Bank. They are extremely pleasant and professional.

Paid a visit there going through work. I have/HAD an account there. Basically they were rude, domineering and totally UN professional. I actually left feeling I was dealt with by a bunch of Asian gangsters in cheap suits. Felt absolutely disgusted. Emptied and closed the acccount I had. They have a it issue for last month. They was meant to close my account now I'm in minus because of there fees which they was ment to wave because of there IT issue. Been chasing them for a month. Business manager says nothing I can do , when I call them they say go speak to your business manager in branch. Completely... read full comment
