Would give Hayes ECP 0 stars if i could.I waited FORTY MINUTES to return 2 bottles of coolant. 1 member of staff on the till, despite a queue of over 10 people.Staff oblivious! Great customer service. My knowledge about cars is 0. The staff always help me to make sure I get the right parts and they are always kind.Anytime I need car parts I always go to ECP Hayes and that won’t change. :)
